Wonderful time!!! Best holidays ever! We want to stay here forever, everybody From The service is so nice and helpful, Grecotel staff is The best hosting we have ever met. Amazing Food - delicious greek meal at Taverna Tavernaki, italian at Cap Voyage and unforgetable expirience Of asian cousine at Asiana a la carte. There is no way to be on diet with you:))) A marvellous hotel, amazing views everywhere, perfect beach, the pools and the whole area very well looked after, with comfortable furniture and cushions everywhere to make sure you are as comfortable and blissfully lazy as possible. Delicious drinks in the bars with only original drinks. Thalasso spa I would recommend to any woman as a complement to pampering for the body - especially the 3 days detox programme - the girls made me feel like in heaven. My body is so grateful to you Angelika! We spend perfect week! Thank you for Marcus and his entertainment support :) Thank you Grecotel!!!! Excellent facilities. Marvelous food options. Very nice and kind personnel. The Aquapark was excellent and kids really loved it. Swimming pools very clean and the beach was fantastic. Also the Mini Club (Kids Club) was very nice, with interesting activities.

It is a really nice 5 stars hotel with a beautiful sea view! We choosed the All Inclusive lux me option and had everything from food to beverages. The conditiona are really good amd tne rooms are inceedibly clean every day after the room attendand came. The BonBon Bar has almost every day pancakes, gofres and icecream. The beach bar has great coctails and coffee. We had 3 a la carte restaurants that we schedules since arriving! The kids enjoyed the 3 pools and the aquapark! All employees are very respectful and nice! I would like to thank Maria from reception that helped us book our trip to Zakinthos! Also I would like to thanks to Magdalena who was very nice and pleasant and helped us to make a surprise to my husband dor his birthday! You are great! Thank you

We traveled from Florida to visit this hotel with my wife and five year old son. Do not be fooled by the online pictures. The actual lobby and main hotel are fine, no Ac but fine. But our room was a one star hotel at best. We spent five minutes in our room and the room had bed bugs in the bed. We left immediately. We went down to the lobby, and tried to get a refund as we were extremely upset. They never refunded us the money and we never stayed. The manager Mr Traskas lied to us and basically stole our money. I talked to him the next day and he admitted to saying he would refund but only said it so the other guest would not hear that our room was infested with bed bugs. We had a five night reservation and it was so bad we left the very first night scrambling to find another place to stay. I have never written a bad review about any place. So this review should be taken seriously. This place is disgusting, and the staff the manager Mr Traskas is lieing thief! I asked the staff to call the police for us it was that bad. They would not do that. We left in the middle of the night in a foreign country it was that bad.

Excellent service allover the hotel. Holidays in a stared hotel need 4 things Food, Beach/pool, service,games! Food quality, best ever taste in a buffet. Beach/Pool clean, well organized , well guarded. Service, Amazing people always with smile. Who ever interview the people for hire need compliments,made the right choice for each position. They deserve a performance bonus at the end of the season! Cleanliness in very high standards. The quality of service increase the hotel's rate! Well done to all. G.Ch.Kollias

This time I will write for the amazing staff, that made our stay unforgettable! Special thanks to Fay, Fotis, George, Jimmy, Olympia, Petros, and so many other beautiful people that I cannot recall their names, even the lady who made the mini crepes remembered from last year the names of my children! Also the lifeguard Vassilis and his team, who protecting kids constantly!! A place to be with children! Thank your support and kindness!! Hope to see you soon!!

A really nice, hassle-free family holiday with our two children (6 and 4). Right by a lovely beach, good pools and slides etc and a great waterpark right next door. The food and drink was plentiful and our room was as advertised, with a small garden and view of the sea. The kids club (Grecoland) was great, too, with friendly staff (particularly Antonis - thank you!) and varied activities to give a couple of hard working parents the occasional break and the kids a change of scene. Really couldn't fault the hotel - we had a fantastic week - and highly recommend it.

Everything was great. Lot of activities, great food, beautiful beach, and the offer of the hotel was great. It offers great restaurants included in the price. The hotel complex is big and offers great walks in sunset. For the kids was unforgettable summer experience. We will come back for sure

This place is lovely. The pools, beach and food are all amazing. Every staff member have been very helpful. Magdalena on reception has gone out of her way to help us. The pools and beach scene is perfect for a family holiday. I would recommend this resort to friends.
